But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? Rom 14:10
The quarterback started something when he refused to stand for the National Anthem, which he has the Constitutional right to do so. It’s called Freedom of Speech.
If you want to complain about him, you also have the same right to do so and many have taken advantage of that.
If you want to show support for him you can, just as the soccer player took a knee during the Anthem.
Many have judged the man in harsh ways – saying terrible things about him. Although others don’t want to admit that you have the freedom of speech to judge someone.
Enjoy the freedom to speak out, sit out, walk out, run out, speak out, shout out, or act out.
I enjoy the same freedom to speak out for Jesus, so I’ll take advantage of Freedom of Religion too.
I have the right to tell you about the love of Jesus for you; how He died for your sin and wants to forgive you.
You have the right to sit or walk away.
However, I freely feel compelled to tell you the day is coming when you will stand – for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. Rom 14:10
And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. Rev 20:12
Every person will stand before God for judgment. There is no protest of any kind, like sitting it out. You will stand. You will be judged.
So Christians need to quit sitting on the sidelines and take advantage of freedom of speech and freedom of religion. Share Jesus with someone today.
