Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them. Acts 19:11-12
After the three Baton Rouge police officers were killed, an East Texas Police Officer decided to turn to the Bible and his church for help.
He talked to his pastor about some prayer cloths.
They gathered at the altar and anointed the cloths with oil and prayer.
The officer then gave them to his fellow officers as a source of comfort and hope.
What they have done is biblical. Our church has done the same thing on occasion. It is an act of faith we should do more and the church as a whole should return to.
I believe in the power of prayer, anointing, and faith. Although this act of handkerchiefs and aprons is only mentioned once in the scripture, once is enough for me to believe.
