Calming the Storm

When the storms of life rumble your way it makes things seem dark and bleak. It can cause you to doubt your faith.

It doesn’t matter if the storm is concerning work,

family, school, or finances – it’s a turbulent time in your life.

One night the Jesus and the disciples were crossing the Sea of Galilee when a storm came upon them. These well-seasoned fishermen begin to panic at the size of the wind driven waves. It wasn’t long before the boat was taking on water.

But Jesus was nowhere to be found. He was in the stern of the ship asleep.

The disciples woke Him up and asked Him if He cared that they were all going to die.

Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. Mark 4:39

Jesus calms the storms of life! And if He doesn’t calm the storm then He will calm YOU!

The Savior is not going to desert you in a time of need. He has promised never to leave you. Nothing can separate you from His love.
